I didn't receive any email, I have several case numbers, many, that I opened and they didn't resolve, including discrepancies in information, can I send some?

The most surprising thing is that the account is active, selling products on FBA but when I access it, this message opens and I can't access the seller center

Instead of working through the system (as bad as it is) by opening a second account you may end up with everything getting suspended. You can only have multiple accounts if they sell entirely different items.

You have to change your charge method. It has to be a CREDIT card, not Debit, not Prepaid. From a bank and not from a Payment Provider.
