Vine orders not being shipped

my vine orders haven’t shipped for over a month. As a matter of fact NONE of the orders for this one ASIN are being fulfilled by Amazon. Every time I open a case or call I’m told that a team is looking into it or I get a copy paste answer that the payment can’t be verified. THERE IS SOMETHING NOT RIGHT, and no one wants to help me. The detail page on the product shows inventory on hand ready to ship too. Who can I contact that will actually help me
