I am reaching out to request expert support regarding my Sponsored Ads Manual Campaigns on Amazon.
Currently, my campaigns are consuming a significant amount of budget (CPC is being utilized), and the search terms appearing are highly relevant — there are no irrelevant or unrelated keywords being triggered.
Despite this, I am not receiving any orders from these campaigns.

My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and I would like to point out that this is a Seller Forums with most interactions or advice summing from other Sellers and they do not have access to your campaigns, structure, targeting bids etc. I also do not have access to those metrics. If you are working with an Advertising Executive or are enrolled in Strategic Account Services and have a Customer Success Manager, they would have access and can provide that level of support.
I can assist with providing some general insight to better understand your current metrics to make a more educated decision on your advertising campaigns. First, identify if the issue is traffic or sales. Meaning, your ads and keywords might be amazing and they may be very successful at driving traffic to your detail pages, but if customers aren't actually buying it is worth exploring or trying to understand why.
To do this, first you should better understand where customers are coming from (mobile or desktop) and are the coming multiple times (Sessions vs, Page views). Other metrics may contribute as well such as featured offer % (just in case you are not the only seller selling the product) and several Brand Analytic reports that may be viable (Search Catalog Performance or Top Search Terms as examples)
