Recent customer emails

I have received these messages from “customers” and have reported to Amazon, but have had no response.

This is an item I purchased on Amazon, then didn’t use and looked up to see if it could be sold on my Amazon seller account. I’ve posted as not new and it was approved by Amazon. It’s been listed for almost a year, not over selling price. I’m not making these and just trying to sell this one.

What should be done since Amazon hasn’t replied? It seems like a scam, but also just could be language barrier.

This type of behavior can be see as a violation of our communication guidelines. Typically when these situations arise, it is not recommended to respond as it has been seen in the past where emotional responses can come back and affect the account.

Depending on how you reported the situation originally, I recommend following our report abuse process to ensure the correct teams are appraised of the situation to review it further. You will "almost" never hear back from amazon on these reports but in a few rare situations they may follow up. If you are still seeing messaging coming in for the ASIN or other listings, I recommend creating a case. I would ask if you have already followed the report abuse process and created a case to post the case ID here so I can look further into the situation for you, and confirm the appropriate teams are involved.
