Hello,when Im trying to add my payoneer account, Im getting this error.
"Your bank account is not eligible for receiving disbursement due to pending Know Your Customer (KYC) action according to your payment service provider. Please work with your PSP to complete the required action and receive disbursement to the bank account"

Thank you for reaching out. Unfortunately there is not a lot I can do to help assist with the third party payment services providers. You will want to contact Payoneer for further assistance.
However, you can open a seller support case and provide the case ID in this thread. That way I can make sure there is nothing needed from the Amazon side and help with verification.
