Verifying Account affected Featured Offer & Buy Box
Anyone have an issue after having to reverify their account?
My items are typically either the Featured Offer or at least in the Buy Box because my prices are usually the lowest. However, all of a sudden none of my items are in featured or in the Buy Box. Then I received an email that I needed to reverify my account. I submitted all of my info and everything was approved and I thought it would all go back to normal. But still not one item is featured or in the Buy Box. Even items that I am the only seller. My metrics are all perfect and everything is at 100%.
Emailed Amazon and of course got the standard answer of they can not provide any information about how Buy Box is determined.
Just curious if others have had this happen.

I've been dealing with the exact same issue. After the account verification request our entire catalog had the "Feature Offer Eligible" changed form "Yes" to "No".
Has been extremely frustrating as our sales basically took a nose dive. We were able to get one of the Community Managers to take a look at it and now we're waiting.

Michelle with the Community Manager team here. I have read your concern regarding the buy box on your items after re-verifying your account. I do see that they did check on your buy box in Case: 12663979961 and at this time there is nothing we can do to get the buy box back, however, hopefully the buy box will be back on soon.

There is something wrong with the buy box!!!! We have been selling for 15 years. There is a glitch . I opened case and again , they send same generic messages about algorithm and comp. prices. i have been playing around with it and repriceing and noticed that i have to go $12-15 cheaper than our same competitors over last 10 years . Unless a manager or supervisor from Amazon does something or opens ticket internally, this will continue to happen .Someone please contact one of these Amazon guys or helpers asap!!!!

I have exact same problem! I am a brand owner and the only seller of the product. Had a buy box - then i faced sudden re-verification, I have sent everything and passed the check but at the same moment I started to lose buy box one by one on each of my product! All my metrics are fine, I am the only seller of my items! I am starting support logs but no real help by now!

100% exactly same issue!!!!!!!! Took 6 months to get an answer out of Amazon and then boom. sales stopped due to NONE qualifying for buy box!
