Amazon shipping is only offering me 2 valid shipping choices to ship a small parcel to Military APO AE address overseas using USPS method to
APO, AE 09010-0003
No matter if I select USPS ground advantage (customs) or USPS Priority Mail (customs) both choices will result in an error message saying "Error occurred while purchasing a label, please try with different ship method" I have waited and tried again but wont work
We also use VEEQO shipping and we noticed in that platform there ARE ZERO shipping options available ....
Any ideas?

First, if your item contains any dangerous goods, that could be the root cause. Under the "How does it work?" section at Shipping dangerous goods with Amazon Buy Shipping, Amazon explicitly states they don't support dangerous goods shipments to APO locations.
If your item isn't classified as dangerous goods, there are some specific requirements for APO shipping outlined in the "APO and FPO addresses" section at USPS Shipping Services and Restrictions. The main one is the size restriction - the longest side plus the distance around the thickest part needs to be under 130 inches.
Given that you're seeing no options in Veeqo either, I'd suggest checking if either of these limitations might apply to your shipment. If your package meets all the requirements and you're still having trouble, you might need to process the shipment directly through USPS instead of through Amazon's shipping platform.
