My brand is registered but when I publish a product, the term "Brand:"" shows up under the listing, not the "Visit Store" link. Please help!

Hello there, my name is CR and I wanted to hop in here to see if I could get you some additional information.
Have you set up a storefront yet?
I wanted to provide this seller university video on the creation of stores. In this video it states that it can take 1 -2 weeks after the creation of a store for it to show up in the Amazon store.
Have you gone through the store creation process yet?
If you have and it has been over two weeks since setting it up, have you reported this issue to Seller Support as of yet? If so, I'd be interested in reviewing a Case ID to see how we can best help advise or escalate at this time.
