The customer has not returned the Product but got the refund
I sold a Harry's razon to the customer.
Ordered 6/12 and refunded about 6/20. AMAZ automatically refunded them. I asked the customer to return the product. I have not seen USPS tracking which means the customer is keeping the product. How can I prevent this from happening in the future? I've read other posts like this and it seems there's nothing we can do.
