Payoff Letter from Amazon Lending
How long does it take for Amazon Lending to send a copy of the payoff letter? I have opened two cases with Seller Support and even emailed Amazon Lending directly but it's been five days today and they still haven't responded. We need these documents as soon as possible. Any idea how or where we can escalate these cases for a prompt resolution?

Only one case per issue plz. Multiple cases looks like your making multiple points of contact to increase the chances of getting a response in your favor and increases the workload of SS by having multiple teams working independantly on the one issue, which slows down everyone else.
