【Emergency rescue】We have been approved to sell Solar Eclipse products (Case ID 14611029051), after that we invested more than $500K in purchasing the glasses from a certified supplier of solar eclipse glasses, the glasses have passed the test and got the certification issued by leading lab ICS from USA. Our supplier has been listed and recommended on the AAS Website. Besides, our brand has also been listed by the American Astronomical Society.
After spending countless fund to order and ship the products to amazon warehouse, AMAZON BLOCKED ALL OF THE LISTINGS. We have emailed the relevant team, highrisk-lifesafety, with all of the Test reports, Invoices and other certificates, we kept receiving bot replies with the same template content.
After getting approved on Amazon and investing all the money, shipping to FBA and ALL ASIN is remove now! which made us despair
We invested all of the money to start business on amazon and so far hundreds of thousands of glasses still blocked on amazon but unable to list. Time is crucial as we won't be able to sell this quantity of glasses after April 8.
Please help us to escalate our case further. And resubmit the information in our case to the relevant team and review it manually.
I understand some brands such had a similar problem, they were rejected by numerous autoresponders, but they sell on amazon now, with the help of your team

You might want to check to see if you received any correspondence unrelated to the product but more to your account. I see you have responded and created discussions related to this situation under TWO seller IDs. That is a big NO NO, having multiple seller accounts selling the same product. That will get you in big trouble. Check your account.
