Account has been suspended for no reason.
My account on MyAccount.com has been suspended without any apparent reason. I recently registered on Amazon.com and did not list any products, yet I received a suspension email. According to the email, my account was suspended for the following reason:
"We were unable to verify information related to your seller account or did not receive any new information regarding your listings or selling history."
I submitted an appeal; however, the verification team rejected it and reiterated that the account had been suspended for the following reason:
"We received your submission, but we are unable to reactivate your account. Upon reviewing your account, we confirmed that your Amazon seller account has been used to engage in deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activities that harm our customers, other selling partners, and our store."
I am not sure what is happening. I haven't made any sales since no products were listed. I submitted another appeal and provided all the necessary documents; however, it was also rejected. I am uncertain about what Amazon actually requires from me. What documents should I submit to prove that I am a legitimate seller? Can anyone guide me on how to reinstate my account?

Amazon doesn't require nothing from you. They made a decision which is:
That could be many things: getting free products for reviews and ratings as a customer, paying for ratings/reviews for you or other sellers, giving bad ratings to other sellers, buying the stock of competitors, clicking the ads of other sellers, hijacking branded listings, edit listings that you didn't create, attempt to take over listings, selling fake products on other's listing, introducing forbidden backend keywords in competitors listing aiming the deactivation of it..... and many more.
There is no possibility to reinstate your account.

Hello @Seller_0NikgV5JIRXKl,
Thank you for posting your concerns with your account deactivation and appeal rejection.
I recently registered on Amazon.com and did not list any products, yet I received a suspension email. According to the email, my account was suspended for the following reason:
"We were unable to verify information related to your seller account or did not receive any new information regarding your listings or selling history."
This does appear to be apart of a notification you received. This shows that your account was deactivated because we were not able to verify your identity or your listings and supply chain.
Were there any requests for information prior to this notification, was there an ask to provide invoices, or supply chain documentation including a letter of authorization? Additionally where you previously asked to submit identity documents such as a government issues ID, passport, or a utility bill?
I submitted an appeal; however, the verification team rejected it and reiterated that the account had been suspended for the following reason:
"We received your submission, but we are unable to reactivate your account. Upon reviewing your account, we confirmed that your Amazon seller account has been used to engage in deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activities that harm our customers, other selling partners, and our store."
As noted above, there may be very specific documents that need to be provided to verify this information. What did you provide? If you included invoices did they meet our requirements on our responsible sourcing help page, or letter of authorization?
The same thing about your identity information, what was provided, did it match the requirements we provide in the seller identity verification help page?
Some situations regarding inventory verification can occur due to just listing a product, as doing this shows an intent to sell. If you had ever created a listing or were attempting to send inventory to a fulfillment center, we may verify the brand authorization and supply chain. Could this be a situation you experienced?
The forums community and I are here to support you. Please let us know how we can help you from this point forward.
