Help! Our Amazon FBM listing for 2 products just disappeared.

Weird things have been going on with our listings lately. We are brand registered and are noticing listings are completely disappearing from our store. Specifically we have 2 ASINs with a FBA SKU and FBM SKU each. Both items still have the FBA SKU active, but today both those FBM SKUs just disappeared. Reached out to Amazon support and their response was that both ASIN's listings were 'updated today' and we "need to kindly wait 24 hours for the listing to reflect in our seller central". No one on our team updated the listings. We are unable to sell our products FBM now as the listing is completely gone - not suppressed, not inactive, nothing. Just gone. To be noted, one of these ASINs has 4 other resellers, one of whom has stolen our featured offer. Wondering if they are somehow messing with all of this. If anyone has feedback or experience with a similar issue, we would appreciate it.
