Related account issue (My account and brother`s account)
My account has been blocked because it has been found to be related to another account that belongs to my brother. I have never owned nor had any rights or managerial roles in the other account. To address this issue the Amazon team asks to provide an evidence that I have never owned a separate account. I have already provided our ID card copies and certificates of Individual Entrepreneur registration. What else I should do?

Hello @Seller_8iiC8SYvGtVj3,
Thank you for posting your concerns with a multiple account policy violation.
As you mentioned, this was due to an association with your brothers account. Could you elaborate on what connection you and your brother may have? Do you live together share account details or devices? Although you may not have had rights or roles in their store, this could be caused by an indirect association caused by shared information.
Typically, these issues happen when an associated account can no longer sell on amazon and an established connection was made with another store. Per our code of conduct policy, any and all accounts may be deactivated until the original issue has been addressed.
As you had noted you have provided your ID and "certificates of Individual Entrepreneur registration". This information may not be sufficient to address the association to a deactivated store.
Typically, we will require that the associated store be reinstated, as this would not only resolve the issue but help ensure future issues could be avoided. Have you communicated with your brother on attempting this process? Are you aware why their store is deactivated?
Additionally, if the reactivation of the account cannot be completed, the only other solution would be to show proof of a valid separation from the associated store.
You would need to identify the point of connection and provide supporting documentation such as a contract, termination agreements, bill of sale, transfer of ownership.
Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of documents and are to show proof as to why there was a connection and how there is a valid separation.
I would also suggest taking a look at our seller university video on how to address a multiple account policy violation for additional guidance.
The forums community and I are here to support you. Please let us know how we can help you from this point forward.
Emet.

Hi @Seller_8iiC8SYvGtVj3,
Amazon will typically use utility bills in their verification processes. You may be able to utilize this as well once you are established at this new address. You could consider adding a said document to your plan of action as part of your preventative measures
You will need to submit a plan of action showing how the contact took place and how you will no longer have contact with that account going forward. I would recommend looking at my first reply and @Emet_Amazon's reply as well for further guidance.
Please feel free to reach out with any further questions or account updates, and we will assist you as best we can.
Regards,
Troy
