Vine reviewers are much more critical than regular customers. We read this many, many times here in the forum. You can do nothing about that.

Thanks for bringing this issue up in the forums. We do encourage all Vine Voices to share their truthful and authentic feedback on products as one of the goals of Vine is to identify any potential issues or opportunities for improvement during the early launch of a product.
I realize how frustrating it can be when Vine reviews don't come in as expected, but I always encourage sellers to look at it as an opportunity to make an already great product even better.
