CPSIA Warning Attribute / Age Attribute
I've submitted everything as per the compliance requirement for this product category.
I've gone back and forth with Compliance and Doc review for a while, but it seems there are a few key things that they either dont care about or just fail to see.
As I'm writing this, I'm seeing now that this is a common issue - I've not tried updating the flat file based on the feedback that I'm seeing on other threads showing that this was a non-starter, it simply didn't work.
1. Our product is large (not a choking hazard) - no warning needed
2. There isn't a CPSIA Warning Attribute in the "Edit Listing", in both compliance tab, and product info tab.
3. We had the product tested for 18+ months old. - This is where the misunderstanding is (Our product can be used for 1-4 children - as in quantity of users), where I believe Doc Review/Compliance team misread the product description details.
