how to remove an unrelated feedback?
We sell scarves, a customer left a negative feedback regarding something else she purchased: "I didn't get a remote control with me lights. Help!" The scarf she bought does not have any lights at all.
We would like to contact with the customer, but the Amazon's standard contact message does not allow us to write anything.
Can Amazon help to remove this feedback?

You can utilize the Feedback Manager in your seller central account to request removal of this feedback. In your report you can let them know that the feedback is regarding a different than what was shipped.
