FBM ORDER - Send 2 different boxes for 1 order.
Hello, good morning,
I am working with FBM and have 1 order to ship of a pair of products that are very big and heavy, more than 25 pounds each. I need to send them in two separate boxes.
How can I ship them separately while ensuring they arrive correctly to the customer and that I have proper tracking for the shipment?
Is it possible to receive two shipping labels for the same order, or what is the best alternative in this situation?

If the pair of products are listed as two separate items on the order, you just change the quantity pulldowns to indicate quantity 1 instead of 2 and purchase the label, and then purchase the other label. If it was sold as one item, you will only be able to get 1 label from the Amazon system and you would need to purchase your other label elsewhere, but I would recommend using the same shipping service so that hopefully both packages arrive together.
