The Title of my listing was changed - not by me

Hello,

The title of one of my listings was changed, for some unknown and strange reason, to a description that has nothing to do with the actual product published for sale.

I have tried to change it back by editing the Title text but my edit doesn't get saved.

I have been selling this product for over 2 years with the same original title, since I first created the publication back in 2021.

I opened a support case with Amazon and their response was that only the brand owner can change the title. I am not the brand owner but I would not have a way to contact the actual owner to request their help with this. Even though I provided a detailed explanation of the issue, the Amazon support person did not bother to do a minor, simple investigation to try to understand the issue and realize that there is an actual problem here.

Because this newly changed title description is totally inaccurate, it is obvious that this change was either due to a glitch or a hack. I don't see any other possible cause.

Any suggestion on what I could try to solve this?

Thank you for reaching out with your difficulties with your product title. In some instance Amazon Seller Support is unable to override the title being provided by the Brand Owner. However if you provide your most recent Seller Support Case on this issue I can see what escalation options I can provide. Thank you for your understanding.
