Address on utility bill
Hello,
I am asked for utility bill and business license by Amazon. Business license is not a problem. The problem is the address on utility bill and my residental address are same but written in difeerent way and lacking some numbers and letters. Is there anyone who can give any advice? I tried to do new subscriptions for utility bill as new internet connection. But it does now work .Because their registering system has specific template and you can not change it. And this does not match my residental address exactly.

I would first ask that you post your original deactivation notice to help clarify the situation. I would additionally ask why there is a variance in your documentation and your address as these are required to match your physical address so all information is verifiable.
If there are differences, you will need to ensure your utility bill is updated and matches your physical address used to register your store, or you will need to ensure your psychical address is 100% accurate including any abbreviations and punctuation. When you provided you utility bill did it match our requirements found in the seller identity verification help page? Thank you very much for reply Emet! When I was making registration for Amazon Seller aacount I used the address which is on official papers that are approved by government of country where I live. So my addresss is officially approved by government and I have official papers regarding this.
But when you apply for electricity, water or internet subscription or when you want update the address , these companies uses fixed online templates. You can not change the order of the words on address, even some numbers and and words are written in abridged form. So address on bills and government apporved address do not match word to word , but they are same address.. Anybody who lives here or who knows the language can understand that they are same but written in different ways because of mess in address system where I live especially in my neighborhood. Besides this I was asked to send some offical papers to verify my account a couple weeks ago. I sent them and everyhing was approved by Amazon.
I have reached out to the appropriate teams to look further into the situation and see if we can get a little more information on the situation and the information provided. Once I have some additional information I will follow back up with you here. They may also send you a performance notification so I would suggest monitoring that as well.
