Bogus addresses in my Buying account

My buying account seems to be working just fine, however I have several bogus address listed....so someone hijacked those. No fake purchases have been made on my account. It appears someone simply added these fake addresses, in an attempt to perform something nefarious, but didn't proceed.

How do I remove these fake address? When I click remove, the screen flashes like it did something, but I get no confirmation, nor do the addresses ever go away. I cannot open a "case", because as you all know, opening cases are for sellers.

This is very strange. Can you just delete them and change your account password?

More info. Just now I got this email from Amazon:

---------------------------------------------------------------

Hello,

After reviewing your Amazon.com account, we did not find any unauthorized activity. As a result, we did not make any changes to your account.

In many cases, what may have appeared to be unauthorized activity could have been one of the following reasons:

-- An automatically renewed subscription.

-- Activity by people you know who share your account or have access to your payment details.

-- An accidental 1-click purchase.

-- A charge for an order you had placed previously that just shipped.

To help protect your account, we recommend you to change your Amazon account password, email password, and passwords for other websites.

For more information on how to make secure online purchases, please visit the "Security and Privacy" section of our Help pages. If you feel we have missed something, please contact our Customer Service team to get help.

I have no idea if this email is related to this issue or not, but I never requested a review of my account. I'm only thinking that after I issued this complaint, Amazon instigated a review.
