INFORM Tax Interview - Blank page!

Is anyone else getting this problem? Whenever we try to open the Tax Interview page from Account Health or Account Info, we just get a completely blank page.

Amazon Support are being absolutely no help because they can't replicate the problem themselves so in their eyes it's not a fault on their end. We've tried everything they suggested and it still doesn't work!

We've tried 3 different browsers, we've logged out and in again, we've cleared cache, cookies, and browsing history... Anyone have any other ideas of what we can do? Really don't want out account to be deactivated because of this!!

We are based in the UK and accessing this site from the UK, wondering if that's why?
