Amazon asked me to provide a utility bill as an address proof to activate my seller account.
The issue is that I live with my parents and I dont have a bill under my name. What other documents I can use? Can I provide bank statement since it’s contain my address?

You need to submit a bill from the list provided, can you get one of the bills in your name, maybe a mobile bill if it’s on the list?
Amazon also requires that all sellers have a valid credit card (not debit or prepaid) with a line of credit entered under the Account Info > Charge Method in order to start selling.
You could try to submit a utility bill in your parents name and include a copy of their drivers licence (back and front) color copy in Jpeg or Png.
Include all pages of the bill together with their ID in 1 file and submit as a complete package not as separate attachments.
Make sure the address is an exact match to the address you entered during registration.

Amazon is trying to prevent fake sellers as required by law. You cannot sell on Amazon if you cannot supply one of the requested documents.
