Buyer Cancelled Order Left Negative Feedback That Mentions a Product I Do Not Even Sell - Please Help!
Can someone please help me with this?
Customer placed order for 2 custom/personalized pet tags & requested order to be cancelled within a few hours. I immediately cancelled. Customer left negative 1 star seller feedback within a few hours of her order being cancelled. In the feedback customer talks about a sofa she ordered & only receiving 2 out of 3 boxes. I do not sell sofas. I sell custom/personalized pet tags. It seems as though she had difficulties with another seller and accidentally left feedback on my page through the cancelled order.
I requested to have the feedback removed but it was denied. Is there anyone here that can help me get this removed since it is for a buyer cancelled order? It is so frustrating to have this happen, especially this time of year. Thank you for any & all help with this matter.

Buyer feedback stated: "Apparently the sofa I ordered was supposed to be shipped in 3 packages.
I only received 2. I have contacted the seller TWO times and they didn't even bother to reply"
Justification:
*The negative feedback should be removed because it was left for a buyer cancelled order. I honored the cancellation request the same day.
*The customer left the negative feedback the same day for a buyer cancelled order.
Here are a couple of other justifications, but the main one is it was a buyer cancelled order.
*Upon examination you will be able to see that the feedback was intended for a different seller Feedback mentions a sofa, which was not even an item that I sell. I sell custom/personalized pet tags, which was what the cancelled order was for (see screenshot)
*Feedback mentions trying to contact seller. There were no messages sent to me. A quick look at my messages will prove this.
