As you have mentioned, you have a product that is being flagged as a pesticide and requires EPA registration. Based off of the information you have provided, this sounds like a restricted product policyviolation. These violations are usually triggered by some kind of keyword or phrase. Therefore, editing the listings to remove the keywords is one way to dispute the violation. For the seller forums community and I to better assist you, I would like to ask you a couple of questions.

Per our pest control products and pesticides help page, a product that has verbiages such as antimicrobial, antibacterial or is marked to disinfect or prevent bacteria, it can be flagged as a pesticide product.

Does the product contain any of the verbiages shown above in your product detail page? Do you have supporting documents that provide information that the products are not a pesticide product?

Your next steps are to check your product detail page and to make sure these verbiages are not present, and to submit supporting documents showing that the product is not a pesticide.

If your product falls under an exemption, please provide documented proof of this. Screenshots from the EPA website (along with corresponding URL) and/or certifications showing the exemption are examples of what would be required in this case.

If you have any questions or concerns, please respond to the post.

Best wishes,

Webb
