Amazon warehouse MQJ1 overloaded since December and I get penalized 3 times because of it
Over the past month, I have been penalized twice for shipments that, according to Amazon’s policy, must arrive within 30 days of the first shipment. I recently got penalized for "missing the delivery window". However, the 3 shipments did arrive on time. The issue is that my freight forwarder has been trying to schedule an appointment at MQJ1 since December, but MQJ1 has been overloaded for 2 months.
I attempted to appeal, but my request was rejected. When I followed up, I was told the representative was only responsible for coaching sellers on compliance and couldn't help me with my problem. This response is unacceptable, given that the issue stems from Amazon’s own operational constraints.
Not sure what to do. Sellers should not be penalized for circumstances that are under Amazon's control.
