I cannot get help from amazon

Recently my account got deactivated because of identity problem and I chose the wrong option that it was due activated due to error and mistake rather than providing them with bill and other stuff to prove verification but now I don't know what to do it has been delivered activated for a long time and there's no help option in account health support I am stuck don't know what to provide or do does anyone know how to contact Amazon in this case as no support option is available whenever I contact through help button they say this is the wrong channel of help
