Insurance change procedure

I contacted Amazon support over a week ago about what is the process for changing insurance. I bought a second insurance policy and would like to cancel my other one. I read on a lot of thrid party websites that Amazon requires a 30 day notice to cancell insurance. I wrote a support ticket and they still have not told me the process. I am wasting money. Can anyone here tell me how they changed their insurance or an Amazon worker jump on this post to help me?

If you have already worked with Selling Partner Support (which it sounds like you have), I’d be happy to start investigating if you could provide me with the case ID.

Additionally there is a help page here that discusses updating your insurance policy (specifically the following section):

"Insurance Information: Manage your insurance details. All service providers are required to carry certain insurance coverage limits, and to register the up-to-date insurance information in their Seller Central Account. For more information about insurance requirements, see Selling Services Terms."
