So I Urgently Want to know , who is my transparency account manager , I have been trying to find out since last 1 month , Contacted seller support and used contact us using brand registry , Also asked amazon Account manager but no one is able to tell , also contacted transparency using email but also they have no clue .

Third party company Who Print Transparency Label which Amazon recommended is not printing and shipping my label order even though i paid them fully at the time of order .

Now I have ran out of stock and i don't have transparency label to send new shipments , I contacted that third party company and there employee blocked me on whatsapp and have not received my 20 calls and on email they are not replying and On contacting another employee from there company , he said they have some problem , i told him i am running out of stock , he said SO WHAT , What should I do .

Unbelievable , How A company Who works for Amazon is behaving like this , Now I want an alternative for that Company or start in house printing but for that I need an Transparency Account manager .

Also Contacted the onboarding manager but She says She left Amazon .
