You say that you are Brand Registered -- are you registered under the name TOMZON?
Since THAT is the 'store name' shown for the entire product line of that ASIN you will need to be.
The TM for TOMZON is issued to a company out of China -- Shenzhen Depus Technology Co., Ltd.
