Transferring seller account sales data to new seller central account
Hello - A third party account has been exclusively selling our products we manufacture for years and they are no longer selling our product. As instructed by Amazon we have created a new SC account, transferred listings over to us VIA ASIN so reviews pulled over. We are now the brand owner VIA registry but the new SC account has zero sales history or rankings so our listings went from thousands a day to zero. The original third party seller account is tied to multiple other stores that have nothing to do with us - but the account owner will still need access to their SC account.
What is the best way for our new SC account to obtain the listings rankings, history, and so on? We drop shipped for the third party account if that changes anything

My name is Sandy from the Community Manager team.
Sales history and performance metrics are specific to each seller account and cannot be transferred between accounts. You could ask the third party account to share it with you if they are as a back up.
Are you saying that you are seeing the sales ranking of the products drop as well? If so please create a seller support case. If you have one already, please share with me so I can investigate the ASIN.
