I recommend providing feedback on the feedback channel itself. I believe it's undergoing some updates and changes; there has been a notice in the feedback channel for about a month. I agree that the system is too automated, and it allows for false comments that do not reflect an appropriate experience for the channel. The guidelines are not consistent between product reviews and feedback comments, and that is confusing when policy is upheld in one area and not the other. I have had some success having comments removed by responding to the messages in the case. Once that's closed (they stop responding), I start a forum thread and tag them. If that doesn't work, go ahead and report abuse that usually makes me feel a little better. After a day to cool off, respond kindly to the feedback and move on. Remember, the good comments will always outweigh the bad ones.
