Does Amazon pick up FBA shipments from the local USPS??
I recently sent in a shipment for FBA. 2 identical boxes with 50 units in each which Amazon directed to be sent to 2 different fulfillment centers. One went to TEB9 in Somerset New Jersey and the second box to SWF2 in Hopewell Junction New York. The TEB9 box was successfully delivered and received, but the SWF2 box tracking says the package is "available for pick-up" at the local USPS office in Hopewell Junction for 3 days now. Not sure why it wasn't just delivered to the fulfillment center, it's not like it would be hard to find or have possibly hundreds of USPS deliveries per day.
Does Amazon pick-up shipments from USPS that were sent to a fulfillment center??? Any insight out there would be appreciated. TIA

I see that you were going to call that post office, how did that go?
If you haven't done so already, I would also recommend opening a case with Seller Support so that team can take a further look into this shipment to see if they have any additional insights or suggestions here.
Once you open that case, please send me the case ID and I'd be happy to monitor the correspondence and provide additional assistance if needed.
