I was opening a europe seller account as my business is registered in Netherland , when once seller account approved , i can see 12 marketplace including usa,registered for all 12 ...can i list my products in usa instead of selling in europe?

If you prefer, you can list your products in the US instead of the EU. I suggest taking a look at Seller University and the Help pages for information on policies and Amazon compliance regarding selling in the US.
