FBA STA "Send to Amazon" Conversion failing this AM with "Enter the ship-from address..." error.
Anyone having issues with Send to Amazon today?
We begin shipments with the API, then switch to Amazon Seller Central to complete them. We've been doing this forever with no issues, but now when we convert the shipment to Send to Amazon (STA) it's giving a strange error in the "Ship from" section:
"Enter the ship-from address to proceed with shipment creation"
However we already provide that in the API process (and always have).
Seems to be no way to "fix" it either...possible glitch in STA conversion system in Seller Central?

We are getting the same issue as you. Same thing we use inventory lab and have for years without an issue. We even shipped out a box 2 hours prior. Working with Amazon but no luck yet.

Update: From testing it seems the issue revolves around shipments that include SKUs in which Expiration Dates are required.
It seems the "Ship From" address is a red herring -- it's a visual glitch that is affecting all shipments but not the core problem.
Any shipment that requires us to enter the expiration dates in the Send to Amazon STA process are blocked .. the browser won't let us enter the info and thus we can't move to the next step.
We ARE able to send shipments that don't include expiration dated products.
Amazon support has no resolution, other than "we have forwarded to our technical team".
We are basically at a standstill on outbounding right now.
