Same price as competitor, same shipping speed/handling time. I have a WAY better feedback rating than our competitor, yet Amazon gives them the buy box. What is going on Amazon? Both are merchant fulfilled, no FBA.
We have stellar shipping performance. Very few late shipments going out.
