I understand you are looking to close the account. Thank you for the information provided. To do this, you will want to go into your ‘account info’ and choose the ‘close account’ option under account management. This will be located towards the bottom right of the page.

Prior to taking this action, there are somethings to consider to ensure that the account is ready for closure. If the account is in any kind of inactive status, then you will not be able to take this action as the issues on the account need to be addressed prior to being able to close the account. Once the account is in active status, you can attempt to close down the account.
