account deactivated after video call verification

This is an appeal letter in regards to my latest Interview I had with you and I got an email afterwards stating my account was deactivated because my documents weren’t verified during the interview. I was overseas when my interview was scheduled and I had my grandson assist me with it because I have trouble speaking English and my grandson also couldn't understand the gentleman who was interviewing us and couldn't understand the proper language and requirements. Now I am back home in the USA and my son can help me with the interview. I have all the legal documents to prove my self and my company, Please help me to reschedule my video call interview again so i can continue my business with you guys, I’ve worked really hard and have good relations with amazon i would want to stop this so please im highly requesting you give me another chance to build together again with you guys.

When will I set the date to make a video call, there is no language option. Will I have any difficulties during the video call because I don't understand 100% English?

If you have opened any cases provide a number so any MOD that happens to drop by can look it over to see if they can help.

Without a case number in the posts it wastes time for everyone. I no longer tag anyone if there is no case #.

They have to ask for it and then wait for a reply from the poster and then the poster has to wait again for the MOD to find the case, and then more waiting.………….…

BUT, it’s a weekend and all the MODS are off partying 😁😁 so it may be early next week before you hear back! Actually, they are short staffed (on purpose) on weekends because Amazon doesn’t think anything bad happens then!
