Fake Competitor Reviews
We are receiving fake competitor reviews on multiple ASINS, some obvious and some not obvious. @Cooper_Amazon I've seen you're able to help, it would be greatly appreciated. Case ID - 15212444641
One is obviously promoting another product. Non-obvious ones we sent background checks to prove their relation to a competitor and Amazon support just does nothing. They "transfer" cases, which just seems to be their way of ignoring you while giving the illusion of progress. There's never any followup to a transferred case, nor any feedback, as it is now outside of seller support.
We've seen multiple people recommend sending legal letters to Amazon, which should not be necessary for Amazon to do the bare minimum to protect it's sellers.

Thank you for reaching out with your concerns with these product reviews. In general while you can report and request the internal investigation of a product review, due to the internal nature of these investigations Amazon will not share the results of the investigation or what actions were taken. The actions taken by Seller Support in these instances is correct as the cases must be transfered to be investigated.
In any instance in which you wish to report a review it is best to report the review using the Report Button on the review itself:
I understand that this process is frustrating, however Amazon does not share information regarding the investigations into other Sellers or Buyers. If you have further questions I will attempt to answer them as best as possible. Thank you for your understanding.
