I don't have any listings in my FBM inventory but I am keeping receive orders from customers

Amazon seller support is the worst support ever. Today night I spent one hour to my issue. But different support gave me different answer. Recently I am keeping receive orders directly from customers but I don’t have anything in my FBM inventory. One support from Amazon she said that is because when I remove items from FBM to FBA the item has some remains but in my account we can’t see it but customer can see it. Is that very strange just like in your bank account you only can see you have $10 but the other person from outside can see you have $100. That doesn’t make sense. The support transfer my phone to a people who is higer position he found maybe have some issue in my account he transferred my phone to Amazon warehouse expert unfortunately the phone transfer to another Amazon seller support this time he said that is because third party we need disable it in my account. That is very frustrating. I don’t know who can help me to fix the issue.
