Could one of the mods please look in to this case:
Case ID 10572829582
SS asking some irrelevant product information and asking not to list the product via "application dashboard"??(Please do not submit the seller application dashboard as it does not provide us the requested information.), when I can normally list these products without any difficulty.

In regards to Error 5461 this happens when it's requirement to have authorization to sell a specific brand name.
I have a look at the case ending 9582, according to final response they state the original listing has been removed, therefore you will need to create the product again. For you to do that and confirm if you can create ASIN, according to help page. Copy and paste the following URL in a separate window and complete the form.
