Unexpected Charge of $39.99 - Refund Request
I created my account in the platform and also registered my bank account to complete the verification of the seller account, but I didn't receive any notification to authorize the payment of the Amazon Seller subscription ($39.99). I've already create a case in Amazon Seller support but i didn't get any answer to my refund request.

You need first to downgrade your account from "Professional Selling plan" to "Individual Selling plan". THEN you create a case under "Help" and ask a refund.
If you don't know how to do this: go in your seller central and type "downgrade" in the search bar. The help page will show up.

You are also eligible for a one-time refund of subscription fee that will be charged to your account soon after the completion of registration process. You are only eligible for that one-off refund if you have not used any professional tools or benefits within 90 days
Once you have finished setting up your account, downgrade your account to the Individual selling plan by following the steps outlined here. It appears that you have already done this step as I see you are set to 'Individual' starting with next cycle.
After completing this step, contact Seller Support requesting reimbursement of the Professional selling fee of $39.99.
