Link to inform act verification doesn't work
We are in a dead end situation. Amazon wants me to reverify INFORM ACT info which is fine. But When I click on the link "identity verify" in "account health", it brings me to a page that doesn't work. It's been like this for the past 3 weeks. I've tried "call me now" options twice and have since started 2 case logs to no avail. Now I get an email from amazon saying that if I don't verify I will be suspended in 10 days. Can anybody please help. Thanks in advance.

Have you tried clearing the cache and cookies on your browser or using a different one?

Hi @Sngia,
Thank you for the screenshots provided in your post. For this scenario, we would ask that the primary owner initiate the verification process, by clicking on the "back" button you should see on the lower left side of the page you have posted. From there, you will be brought back to the first page and will be able to make the needed changes. If this workaround does not work for you, please provide an update here in the thread so we may better assist you.

The workaround doesn't work. Please see below.
1st back I hit. I get to this page below. It still has the banner up to and it won't let me choose business or individual seller because I'm an individual seller, I don't have those info.
now 2nd back I hit, I get to this page. nothing on it
now I hit back again, it goes to here below
Then I just hit next, it'll be stuck on the "2nd back" aka the blank page and nowhere to go. Please help. Thanks.
