Hi!

Today is my appointment for virtual indentification for the activation of my account in slot # 1 but didnot receive the the email till yet ,kindly enquire about it and inform me.

I have been waitig for long.....

First, have you checked your spam/junk folder for the email? Make sure you're checking the same email you have registered with Amazon. Is there anything under your Performance Notifications?

If you still can't find the email and there is no notification, open a case with Seller Support and explain your situation.

Today is my appointment for virtual indentification for the activation of my account in slot # 1 but didnot receive the the email till yet ,kindly enquire about it and inform me.

As you’ve mentioned, yesterday was the first time slot you had selected but did not receive any communication.

Typically, these scenarios require you to select two or even three time slots, you should receive an email 24-48 hours prior to one of the selected dates. Due to this, you may not be guaranteed the first selected time. Were you required to select additional dates, if so what are the dates you selected?

The forums community and I are here to support you. Please let us know how we can help you from this point forward.
