Double charges on each statement

Amazon has been double-counting charges on every statement balance. Despite each statement balance being paid, it continues to be carried forward as the beginning balance on every statement. I've opened a case on this a few months and it was determined that I have in fact been getting overcharged on each statement and have confirmed that all charges are being paid by my credit card. The case was then transferred over 2 months ago and it was still not resolved. I would love to have this resolved since it's going on for too long and the amounts are adding up.

Hello there, my name is CR and wanted to hop in here to see if I could help get you some further information here.

This is a common misconception of being double charged as the previous balance is shown as carried over and then offset by the charge. However, it sounds like you have a case opened with Seller Support that acknowledges you have been double-charged? Would you mind sharing that case below and I'll be happy to take a further look here.

I'll hang tight for your reply.
