Error message for ISNB on new book

I'm trying to upload my second book to my seller account on Amazon and am getting this error message. The book is brand new and has a new ISBN, so I'm unsure what's happening. Is anyone else experiencing something similar while trying to add a product?

I took a look at your question and see that you have reached out to Selling Partner Support on CASE ID's ending in 7571 and 9511. It looks like you should be able to create the listing without the error code going forward.
