2 Payments initiated but not received
I am having issues receiving disbursements.
I have 2 disbursement requested , one on 11/11/24 and the other on 11/14/2024 , none of them reached my bank account . On Amazon dashboard they are marked as done , I said ok .. lets wait more then 3-5 working days .. on the 7 day reached my bank with the trace ID Amazon provided for both payment and they could not find them !!
I haved open several claims on this subject, one of the support told me to update my bank Iban to an International one.. I did and still nothing.. On 11/20/2024 reached the bank again to see if they saw any of this transactions in their system and still nothing ... They mentioned that the payments will bounce back to Amazon's bank between 5-10 working days and after I can requested again.
My last case ,16715389551 its open since 24 November and still transfered with no answer for it .. how long will it take for Amazon to see that the payments are bounced back in their bank ?
Its been more then 5-10 working days and I can't see them in my dashboard or the support team is not answering my case ...

Hi there, my name is CR and wanted to hop in here. From what I can see with limited access on my end, you have been receiving disbursements with the most recent one going in on 12/2/2024.
Do you have any other cases opened with Seller Support on this issue that I can take a look at?
