Brand registry application accidentally case closed & brand name upper lower case question

Hello, I have two questions and requests regarding the Brand Registry application.

1) I mistakenly closed the case after applying for Brand Registry and application is pending review. I found that in similar cases, you have manually reopened cases. Could you please do the same for my case if needed? My case ID is 16569436051.

2) The trademark application lists the mark text as "DTpo." Is it acceptable to register the brand name as "DTPo"?

This is not a good time of the year. Amazon slows way down on accepting new sellers and new brands at this time of the year. It is nothing against you, it is just that amazon was not want their buyer's disappointed with bad experiences that may occur with lack of experience in selling on the site.
