Ukraine business address invalid
Hello everyone!
I have problem with verify business address in Ukraine. The problem appeared in mid-July and my problem has not yet been solved. On the recommendation of support, I used all attempts to verify the business address. After which I could not get an answer for about a month and a half.
Later the team contacted me and said that I did not need to do this and wait for further instructions. At the request of the team involved in the verification, they asked me to provide utility bill or government-issued tax document containing your business address so that they can verify my business address.
Almost a month has passed since I sent them one of the documents with all requirements, I have not received any response and my account has also been deactivated
I see that lots of Amazon sellers who are based in Ukraine just as me faced the same issue

My name is CR and I want to see if we can get you some more information here. To do so, I'd like to gather some additional details from you.
We have identified and are aware of the original issue with getting postcard to Ukraine for address verification. In lieu or this, the address verification is now done by providing a utility bill. It sounds like from the above that you were prompted with completing this step, correct?
Was that done through a case # or an email? To confirm, after you submitted, you have not heard anything back on the approval of your utility bill submission, correct?
If you have case #'s open with Seller Support for this specific issue, can you please provide them below so I can review the correspondence there?
