Hi, I bought the barcode from the GS1 and everything is clear for my product but I received an email saying that my product doesn't have the barcode or is not exempt. I didn't apply for the exemption I applied for registering my brand. Can you please help me? my case number is 10203207132. Thank you

How long ago did you buy it? There are reports of lags of two to three weeks before Amazon and GS1 are synched up. There were also reports of one sequence of numbers that were failing continually but that was many months ago.
